10.  Whether the three of points (1,-3), (4,3) and (2,-1) stay on one line?

17.  Determine the equation tangent to a circle x2 +y2 =25  at the point (-4.3), and also determine the equation of the tangent line is parallel to the line!
18.  Determine the equation of a tangent to a circle on the circle x2+y2=25 at the points:
a.      has abscissa -4
b.      has ordinate +4
